About Di Lusso Hair
You may remember us under our previous name, Moeschi Hair, a salon established in West Perth for more than 30 years. Owners, Garrod and Daniele, wanted to create a space which welcomed everyone from all walks of life and believe that their salon can be a safe space for all.
Di Lusso, which literally translates to “luxury” in Italian (a small homage to one of our owners), was founded on the concept of inclusivity, which is why we welcome all genders, ages, abilities and sexualities. Our team of international stylists and colour technicians are trained to carefully curate the best hair experience and recommend the ideal products for you. We want to make you feel comfortable, confident and most of all, relaxed, so if there’s anything we can do to better accomodate you, please let us know.
We’re also proud to be a part of the Sustainable Salons initiative — an organisation which implements green initiatives including salon waste recycling and proper disposal, hair donations to good causes, and more. Choosing a Sustainable Salon means you can feel confident that you’re doing your bit to reduce your carbon footprint every time you visit.
At Di Lusso, we’re a Goldwell professional salon and also have a wide range of products available to cater to all hair types and needs, including from brands such as Goldwell, Kerasilk, Oribe, KMS, American Crew, and Great Lengths. We want you to feel your most confident self, even after leaving the salon, so we will be happy to recommend the best haircare for you to take home.
Our Policies
No Show Policy
Your appointment time is especially reserved for you. In the event that you cannot attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you please notify us at least 24 hours prior, so that we can make your time slot available to other clients. If a NO SHOW happens you will be charged 50% of what your service would have been and will be required to put a $50 deposit down for your next appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that things happen and life can get busy, which is why we strongly encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to cancel your appointment. In the case of a short notice cancellation (less than 24 hours before your appointment time) you will be charged a cancellation fee. This fee is charged depending on your service and is our way of safeguarding our business.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late please call our salon as soon as possible! You can find our contact details here. If you happen to be running more than 10-15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service; in this case we will offer a shorter service time or the option to reschedule. This is so we can ensure that we don’t run late for our other clients who have booked in for a specific time.
